2019 Winter Break Beit Midrash

The Winter Break Beit Midrash of the Center for Modern Torah Leadership is a three-full-day (approximately 9am to 9pm) experience of intense and exhilarating learning with Rabbi Aryeh Klapper. The Beit Midrash will be an intense program of Talmud, Halakhah, and Aggada.
This year, topics may include Orthodox infertility, conversion of children born via non-Jewish surrogates to non-observant families, and Techumin in modern suburbs. Most of the day will be spent reading Teshuvot inside together, with lighter material after dinner.
This year's program will be coed. Admission is open to those capable of traditional learning at a high level. Tuition will be $180 / pay what you can. Lunch and dinner will be provided.

Main Seder focused on Gemaras about Kavod (women) and Tzivui (men). Afternoon Shiur discussed Teshuvot about Heter Me'ah Rabbanim. Night Seder focused on various Aggadot.
January 10-15, 2016: Men's WBM on the position of the Ritva's teacher regarding × ×ž×¦× ×חד מהן קרוב ×ו פסול and the possibility of זכין מ××“× ×©×œ× ×‘×¤× ×™×• in the context of gittin.
